All of our products are tested for quality and all of our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier. All claims for damaged product must be made within two business days of the package being delivered.
To report shipping damage, send an email to us at email@example.com. All shipping damage claims must include detailed information of the damage as well as photographic evidence.
We offer returns for any products purchased within the last 30 days. All requests for a return must be received within the 30 day window, starting from the day your order was delivered. Products that are opened and/or tampered with are not eligible for a return. You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you’re shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping cost, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
