What does it mean to subscribe to TerraVita?

A subscription to TerraVita allows you to receive as many products at a consistent frequency you choose. This way, you never run out of your favorite products! When you subscribe to any product, you receive 45% Off and Free Standard Shipping on all subscription orders.

First things first, please note that you are not obligated to subscribe to TerraVita when making a purchase. You can purchase products individually or opt-in and subscribe. By default, you are not subscribed to TerraVita. In order to subscribe, simply choose the Subscribe option on the product page, or check the Subscribe checkbox on the Cart page.

Once you have subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next shipping date at any time. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at any time simply by logging into your account.

When purchasing a subscription, you still need to create an account. Simply use the email address used to place your order and create a password.

No, we cannot add any additional discounts to subscription orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, anywhere in the United States. Our standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. The carrier (FedEx or USPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.
Additionally, we offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $15 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $35. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and shipping address.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 11:00am PST on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2:30pm PST will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday. Lastly, please note that expedited orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays nor can they be shipped to a PO Box.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.

Can I expedite my order?

No problem! If you're in the United States, please select 2-business day or 1-business day shipping in your checkout cart; you’ll have to cover the difference in shipping cost, but we are sure it will be worth it.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at and we’ll see what we can do!

What if I did not receive my order?

Please check around your property first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, please email us at to start FedEx or USPS trace.

What if my package was damaged in transit?

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier in transit. All claims for damaged product must be made within 2-business days of the package being delivered.

To report shipping damage, please email us at All shipping damage claims must include detailed information of the damage as well as photographic evidence.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for any unopened products purchased within the last 30 days. All requests for a return must be received within the 30 day window, starting from the day your order was delivered. Products that are opened are not eligible for a return. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently. From there you can change your Subscription frequency easily. Reach out to Support and we'd be happy to help!

Can I swap or add new products to my TerraVita subscription?

Absolutely, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product you’d like to add or swap.

I'll be out of town this month, how do delay my next processing date?

Very simple, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product you’d like to delay. From there you can click on Delivery Schedule, and choose whichever next processing date you’d like to adjust, and save!

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, commonly know as CBD, is a non-intoxicating component of the cannabis plant with enormous therapeutic potential. Researchers are currently studying the effects of CBD on a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, insomnia, PTSD, anxiety, epilepsy, dementia and more. Extensive preclinical research and some clinical studies have shown that CBD has strong anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant, anti-depressant, anti-psychotic, anti-tumoral, and neuroprotective qualities.

Are CBD products legal in all 50 states?

Yes, as long as they are derived from hemp, and contains less than 0.3% THC.

How much CBD should I take?

Dosing CBD is a relatively inexact science, since everybody metabolizes differently. Our recommended serving size is one full dropper daily. Some people experiences the best CBD effects at a lower dose than this, and some experience the best effects at a higher dose. Start by using the recommended dose, and adjust as needed.

Will CBD help my condition?

Due to federal regulations, we cannot make claims about whether or not natural CBD hemp oil can help with specific ailments. We do however urge everyone to research the widely available information online. You can easily find many resources about CBD hemp oil and its possible benefits.

Will I get "high" off CBD??

No. CBD is not psychoactive, therefore it will not get you high. However CBD can have an effect on your mental state. Many users of CBD report feeling a very subtle feeling of relaxation, alertness, or mental clarity from taking CBD.

What is the Endocannabinoid System?

The endocannabinoid system is the collection of cannabinoid receptors, endocannabinoids, and enzymes involved in the production and break down of endocannabinoids. Endocannabinoids are naturally occurring cannabinoids found within our body. The two most studied endocannabinoids are anandamide and 2-AG. The two most studies cannabinoid receptors are CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are located mostly in the brain and CB2 receptors are located mostly throughout the immune system.

The entourage effect is the synergistic relationship of the naturally occurring compounds found in cannabis plants. The cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids found in cannabis have shown to work better when they are taken together as opposed to in isolation from each other.

What are Terpenes?

Terpenes are essential oils found in plants. There are around 200 terpenes in cannabis. They are what give cannabis its distinct aroma and flavor. Terpenes have beneficial effects and work synergistically with cannabinoids like CBD and THC – this relationship is called the entourage effect.

What is the difference between your strengths (Mild, Strong & Extra Strong)?
