What does it mean to subscribe to TerraVita?

A subscription to TerraVita allows you to receive as many products at a consistent frequency you choose. This way, you never run out of your favorite products! When you subscribe to any product, you receive 45% off and free standard shipping on all USA subscription orders. For international subscription customers, you will be charged the international shipping rate on each of your recurring orders.

First things first, please note that you are not obligated to subscribe to TerraVita when making a purchase. You can purchase products individually or opt-in and subscribe. By default, you are not subscribed to TerraVita. In order to subscribe, simply choose the subscribe option on the product page, or check the subscribe checkbox on the cart page.

Once you have subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next subscription renewal date at anytime. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at anytime simply by logging into your account.

When purchasing a subscription, you still need to create an account. Simply use the email address used to place your order and create a password.

I have a TerraVita subscription, how do I switch products?

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product you’d like to swap. From there you can click on your "Product", choose the flavor, strength or another product you want to swap to, and save!

You can modify the contents of your order, as long as it's completed at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date. If you make changes after your subscription has already renewed, your order will automatically be processed without your changes.

Please note, to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each subscription renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to modify your next order as needed.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states within the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship internationally to selective countries that you will see listed within the checkout. If you don't see your country, please email us at support@terravitacbd.com and we might be able to help redirect you to one of our international partners that carriers TerraVita within your country.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping on all USA orders, anywhere in the United States. Our standard shipping orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the payment date and generally takes 5-10 business days to arrive from the ship date. If you're located in Hawaii or Alaska, you may experience some additional days in transit times. The carrier (FedEx or USPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.

Additionally, we offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $20 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $35. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and final destination.

Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 11:00am PST on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2:30pm PST will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

Our international shipping orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the payment date and are shipped by FedEx International Economy, which can (exclude or include) your import taxes, duties and custom fees - whichever you would prefer at the time of checkout. Please note, that international mail generally takes 10-15 business days to arrive from the ship date. We are not responsible for custom delays or if your package has been returned (or seized) due to your country's regulations.
 

Expedited and international orders are unable to be delivered to a P.O. Box. If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to select "standard" as your shipping method!

**Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.**

What are your processing times?

We know you want your new TerraVita products ASAP (can't blame you), so all standard and international shipping orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the payment date and expedited shipping orders placed before 11:00am PST are processed the same business day.

Please note: standard, expedited and international shipping orders are only processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2-business days of shipment.

Can I expedite my order?

No problem! We offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $20 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $35. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and shipping address.

Can I cancel or adjust my order after it has been placed?

No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.

What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?

If you entered in the wrong shipping address, please notify us at support@terravitacbd.com within 30 minutes from your order being placed so we can update that right away for you. If it has gone beyond 30 minutes, unfortunately we are unable to edit your shipping information and are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.).

What if my order arrives and it was unclaimed or refused?

We are not responsible for orders that are unclaimed or refused by the customer. Any unclaimed or refused orders are not eligible to be returned for a refund.

My order stopped tracking, what should I do?

If you order has stopped tracking, we deem a package "lost" if the FedEx or USPS tracking has not updated for 7-business days. Sometime facilities don't scan and FedEx or USPS can be delayed, but if it has been 7-business days with no updates on your tracking, please email us at support@terravitacbd.com so we can look into this right away!

What should I do if my package says delivered, but I haven't received it? 

If you cannot find your package, please contact FedEx or USPS first. You will be able to see which carrier delivered your package by clicking on your tracking number and viewing the final delivery notification. Please double check the area around your doorstep and your mailbox right away. We also suggest talking to neighbors and other members of your household to see if someone brought in your package.

Lately, FedEx and USPS have been claiming packages as “Delivered,” but the package doesn’t actually show up for about 3 business days after the fact. If you cannot locate the package after 3-business days from delivered date, please email us at support@terravitacbd.com so we can help you further.

What if my package was damaged in transit?

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier in transit. All claims for damaged product must be made within 2-business days of the package being delivered.

To report shipping damage, please email us at support@terravitacbd.com. All shipping damage claims must include detailed information of the damage as well as photographic evidence.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for any unopened products purchased within the last 30 days. They must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. All requests for a return must be received within the 30 day window, starting from the day of your order purchase date. Products that are opened are not eligible for a return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is none refundable. If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund, within 5-7 business days from your return delivery date. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed minus original shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Can I upgrade my subscription shipping to expedited?

Absolutely you can! By default, all USA subscription reoccurring orders are set to renew with free standard shipping. You can choose to upgrade to expedited 2-business day shipping (starting at $20) or expedited 1-business day shipping (starting at $35) as your preferred default method. For international subscription customers, you will be charged the international shipping rate on each of your recurring orders.

If you would like to move forward with upgrading your preferred shipping method to one of our expedited options for your future subscription orders, please contact us at support@terravitacbd.com at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date so we can apply your request to your account and lock it in for you!

I am already subscribed to a product and would like to add another subscription to my account. How do I do this?

It's super easy, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Add Subscription" and choose whichever product you would like to subscribe to and choose you preferred shipment frequency schedule.

You can choose to either have your new product subscription to renew and ship with your existing subscriptions, or you can select a completely different shipment frequency. Whatever you would like, we have you covered.

What if I want to cancel?

You may cancel your subscription at anytime from the account page on the TerraVita website. To cancel a subscription, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click “Manage Subscription” on whichever product you'd like to cancel, then follow instructions towards cancellation.

Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for that subscription order. Cancellation requests received by TerraVita through other channels may take up to 2-business days to process. If you do not have an account on TerraVita yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a "Subscriptions" button in your account page.

What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the cannabis sativa plant. CBD is primarily derived from hemp, but also found in the marijuana plant. While CBD and THC are in the same cannabinoid family, they are distant cousins in respects to their effects.

The most distinct difference being that CBD is non-intoxicating, meaning it doesn't have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn't cause the "high" associated with marijuana.

Known for its therapeutic and soothing effects, and offering a myriad of benefits, CBD interacts within the human endocannabinoid system, which may help regulate functions in the body to create balance and help reach homeostasis. CBD has shown to be an effective, natural remedy for everyday life.

Are CBD products legal in all 50 states?

Yes, as long as they are derived from hemp, and contains less than 0.3% THC.

How much CBD should I take?

Dosing CBD is a relatively inexact science, since everybody metabolizes differently. Our recommended serving size is one full dropper daily. Some people experiences the best CBD effects at a lower dose than this, and some experience the best effects at a higher dose. Start by using the recommended dose, and adjust as needed.

Will CBD help my condition?

Due to federal regulations, we cannot make claims about whether or not natural CBD hemp oil can help with specific ailments. Will I get "high" off CBD?

What is the Endocannabinoid System?

The endocannabinoid system is the collection of cannabinoid receptors, endocannabinoids, and enzymes involved in the production and break down of endocannabinoids. Endocannabinoids are naturally occurring cannabinoids found within our body. The two most studied endocannabinoids are anandamide and 2-AG. The two most studies cannabinoid receptors are CB1 and CB2. What is the difference between your strengths (Mild, Moderate, Strong & Extra Strong)?

All four of our strengths come in a 30ml bottle. What makes the strength levels increase from Mild, Moderate, Strong to Extra Strong - is the amount of CBD content that is in each serving size. See the below breakdown for more details.

500MG (Mild): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 16.66mg per serving size.

1000MG (Moderate): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 33.33mg per serving size.

2000MG (Strong): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 66.66mg per serving size.

4000MG (Extra Strong): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 133.33mg per serving size.

What are CBD Topicals best for?

Best for use with topical support and recovery treatment. CBD Topical creams, lotions, rollers, and salves contain active ingredients such as Arnica, Menthol, Capsaicin & Lidocaine combined with our Premium Broad Spectrum CBD and other botanicals that may be most beneficial for minor aches and pains from joint and muscle soreness.

How do you apply CBD Bath + Body?

For our CBD Bath Salts, we recommend putting 4 heaping scoops under running water as you fill up your bath tub. Use whatever temperature bath water you most prefer. For our CBD Body, gently wash and dry the affected area, then apply a generous amount of skincare creams onto the area and massage into skin until fully absorbed. For a CBD creams, clean the affected area and apply in a dabbing motion directly to the skin. Use pressure against the skin to create more topical fluid, use less pressure to reduce the amount of fluid.
