What does it mean to Subscribe & Save 45%?

A subscription to TerraVita allows you to receive as many products at a consistent frequency you choose. This way, you never run out of your favorite products! When you subscribe to any product, you receive 45% off and free standard shipping on all USA subscription orders. For international subscription customers, you will be charged the international shipping rate on each of your reoccurring orders.

First things first, please note that you are not obligated to subscribe to TerraVita when making a purchase. You can purchase products individually or opt-in and subscribe. By default, you are not subscribed to TerraVita. In order to subscribe, simply choose the Subscribe option on the product page, or check the Subscribe checkbox on the Cart page.

Once you have subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next shipping date at any time. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at any time simply by logging into your account.

When purchasing a subscription, you still need to create an account. Simply use the email address used to place your order and create a password.

Can I upgrade my subscription shipping to expedited 2-business day?

Absolutely you can! By default, all USA subscription reoccurring orders are set to renew with free standard shipping. If you would like to upgrade to expedited 2-business day shipping as your preferred default method, please contact us at support@terravitacbd.com before your next scheduled delivery date so we can apply the upgraded charge (starting at $15) to take place on all of your future subscription orders upon your request and approval.

If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to select "Standard" as your shipping method! For international subscription customers, you will be charged the international shipping rate on each of your reoccurring orders.

I really want to swap my flavor, how do I do that?  

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product you’d like to swap! From there you can click on the product, choose the flavor you want to swap to, and Save!

I am getting too many, how do I delay it?

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product is arriving too frequently. From there you can change your Subscription frequency easily.

Can I swap or add new products to my subscription?

Absolutely, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product you’d like to add or swap.

I will be out of town this month, how do I delay my next processing date?

Very simple, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscriptions" on whichever product you’d like to delay. From there you can click on "Delivery Schedule", and choose whichever next processing date you’d like to adjust, and save!

Can I also use a discount code on a subscription product?

Sorry, but you cannot add any additional discounts to subscription orders.

What if I want to cancel? 

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from the account page on the TerraVita website. To cancel a Subscription, click on “Manage Subscriptions” link at the bottom of the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation.

Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day prior to your next Subscription shipping date to avoid being charged for that Subscription Order. Cancellation requests received by TerraVita through other channels may take up to 2-business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at support@terravitacbd.com 

If you do not have an account on TerraVita yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a "Manage Subscriptions" button in your account page.

Cancelling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.
